Our building maintenance contracts are run by industry standard 52 week maintenance planners, where all plant and equipment assets are recorded and given a frequency of maintenance visits to suit the client's needs. As our minimum guide we use HVCA SFG20, as it is recognised as the industry standard for business and individuals responsible for maintaining, managing or specifying the maintenance of building services.
